Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in Texas. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial and guest service standards.

A structured leadership training program ranging from 3 weeks is provided to set you up for success. You will support scheduling, ensure food safety compliance, and help drive a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified (Food safety training).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage, and direct store associates to drive performance.
• Lead and mentor team members and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs.
