Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store in Hawaii. You will support daily operations, lead and coach team members, and help ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Panda offers a multi-week Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare you for success. You should be flexible to work opening/closing shifts and holidays, and be willing to move within 50 miles from home.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or store operations.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule incl. opening/closing shifts, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Oversee hiring, training, and supervision under guidance of a store manager.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program provided by Panda Express.
