Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Panda Express location in Hawaii. You will assist store operations, hire and supervise associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A three-week or longer store leadership training program will prepare you for success. This role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and a Serve Safe-certified Food Safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations, hire and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
