Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store in Hawaii. You will hire and lead associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A comprehensive leadership training program of 3+ weeks is provided to set you up for success. You must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home and available for a varied schedule, including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
