Job summary

Panda Express in Kahului, Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store. You will hire, supervise and coach team members to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

You will work a flexible schedule, including openings and closings, and be part of a caring Panda community with ongoing development and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50 mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
