Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, lead associates, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program and receive ongoing mentorship and development from a supportive Panda community.

The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays within a 50-mile radius, with first-rate food safety standards and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program and ongoing development.
