Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operation of a single store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

A three-plus week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. You will need a high school diploma, the ability to relocate within 50 miles, and a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to relocate to stores within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and lead a team of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training Program to develop management skills.
