Panda Express, a leader in American Chinese dining, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda store, hire and guide team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet goals and guest standards.
• Lead and support store employees and drive performance.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of leadership training before assuming duties.
