Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates to achieve goals.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide hands-on leadership training and development for team members.
• Contribute to meeting financial targets and store performance.
