Job summary

Panda Express, a leader in American Chinese dining, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise, and coach associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks, mentorship, and ongoing career development within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
