JD Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Miami store.

You will drive sales, manage budgets, oversee inventory, and coordinate local marketing while upholding our DEI commitments and standards for service. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar, with a track record of hitting sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Able to analyze sales data, manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Proficient with retail management software and basic computer applications.
