Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll shape the store’s success and contribute to company growth.

As a member of Management, you’ll drive sales, manage budgets, and uphold standards for merchandising, health & safety, and policies. This role offers growth within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail leadership.
• Proven experience leading a team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
