Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor to lead daily store operations and inspire a high-performance team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, manage merchandise, and contribute to store growth across shifts and locations.

As a manager, you will oversee staffing, training, and execution of promotions, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company policies. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Must be able to read and write English and perform business math for reports.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: recruit, train, and develop a motivated team and provide ongoing feedback.
• Customer Experience: create an exceptional shopping experience and resolve customer issues.
