Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with sales targets and team management.
• Strong leadership with communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Open availability including mornings, days, and nights; 5+ days per week; 44 hours on peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team; provide feedback to ensure top performance.
• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions; meet targets.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store upkeep; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and engage with the community to boost brand presence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative store solutions.
