The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a dynamic retail environment. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.

In this role, you will manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store profitability, ensuring compliance with policies and health & safety standards. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and flexibility are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years retail leadership preferred.
• Must be able to read/write English and perform business math.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Must have reliable transportation.
