Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in retail leadership preferred
• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; foster a positive work environment
• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions
