Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a Panda store in Escondido, California. You will hire, direct and motivate associates to reach financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

A comprehensive leadership training program of 3 or more weeks is provided to prepare you for success. You may relocate within 50 miles if needed and must be available for a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
