Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
Responsibilities
- Assist operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
- Help hire, manage and direct staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in a leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
