Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store, lead hiring, coaching and directing of associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ weeks store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
