Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda store. You will hire, supervise and coach associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The company provides a three-plus week leadership training program and ongoing career development. This full-time role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays within a 50-mile radius of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach 36 inches.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and support as part of a 3+ week leadership program.
• Contribute to creating a successful store environment with strong customer service and teamwork.
