Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda store and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals while supporting a culture of growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and lead a team of associates.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members.
