Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager for our Overland Park, Kansas stores. You will support the Store Manager in hiring, coaching and leading associates, delivering an exceptional client experience, and maintaining brand standards to drive store KPIs.

This role covers omni-channel initiatives, scheduling, inventory control, and daily operations. Previous retail leadership and customer service experience are preferred; cosmetology license is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be 18 years or older.
3+ years retail sales or customer service experience.
1+ year of prior management experience preferred.
Ability to lead or support a team and meet business objectives.
Cosmetology license desirable but not required.
