Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction, while undergoing a multi-week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training prior to taking on management responsibilities.
