Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet goals and guest expectations.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support store performance and drive customer satisfaction through effective leadership.
