Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks.
