Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct team members, drive financial results and ensure guest satisfaction.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program to set you up for success. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma and be willing to relocate within 50 miles, with flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.
