Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and direct team members to drive financial results while ensuring guest satisfaction.

A comprehensive leadership training program lasting 3 or more weeks will prepare you for long-term success. Applicants should hold a high school diploma and be flexible to relocate within 50 miles and work a rotating schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Food Safety certification required (Serve Safe).
• Previously demonstrated ability to lead or manage a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program before full deployment.
