The Children's Place in Bloomington, Minnesota seeks a Store Sales Manager to lead store teams in driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and recruiting and developing top retail talent.

You will own the store's financial results, coach staff, set performance expectations, and support brand strategies while maintaining store standards and a positive customer-focused environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a specialty retail store manager.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret moderately complex financial reports.
