The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Sales Manager in Bloomington, MN to lead store teams, drive sales, and reinforce brand loyalty while delivering outstanding customer service. You will recruit and develop top retail talent, set performance expectations, and manage staffing and budgetary goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, maintaining visual standards, communicating goals, and ensuring Loss Prevention compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a specialty retail store manager in high-traffic environments.
