Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure customer service excellence.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate clearly with the team to ensure timely information flow.
• Organize files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and stock levels at all times.
