Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location, oversee team performance, hiring, and guest experience, and drive financial results.

The role includes an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from the Panda community to ensure your success. Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts and travel within the area is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a team to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage schedules, performance, and store execution to drive success.
