Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in Muscatine, IA. You will hire, coach and direct associates to reach financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success. You'll operate with a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and you must have strong food safety knowledge (Serve Safe certification).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
