Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise, and guide team members to meet financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be flexible to relocate within 50 miles. Availability for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, along with Serve Safe

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Implement a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
