Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in Altoona, IA. You will hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial goals while ensuring guest satisfaction.

We provide a 3+ week store leadership training program and mentorship from our Panda community to support your professional growth. The role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Mansioni

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
