You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We provide a 3 or more weeks of Store Leadership Training to prepare you for success.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Ensure execution of store standards and policies to deliver exceptional customer service and quality.
• Support the Store Leadership Training program and participate in leadership development activities.
