Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store within our Panda Restaurant Group family. You will hire, supervise and motivate associates to drive financial performance and guest satisfaction, while benefiting from a multi-week leadership training program designed to set you up for success.

You should be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home and able to work a schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified food safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals and high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in the 3+ week leadership training program.
