Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety knowledge and ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
• Participate in leadership training program of 8+ weeks.
