Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Ohio. You will assist in operating a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success. Employees must be flexible to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and hold a valid Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
