Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in California. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee training through an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing development.
