As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe-certified (Food Safety)

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, manage and lead store associates.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
