Panda Express is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda store in the Lansing area. You will hire, train, and supervise associates to drive financial performance and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and lead a team to meet financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program provided by Panda.
