Panda Express in Lansing is seeking an experienced leader to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will assist operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest experiences while achieving financial goals.

To prepare you for success, we provide a 3+ week Store Leadership Training Program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
