7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in McAllen, TX to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth. You will manage staff, optimize merchandising, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining store standards and compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership development, internal advancement, and performance analytics to improve profitability and guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
