• Recruits, hires and trains store staff to ensure customer service.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintains store appearance, stocking and pricing per Company standards.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Ensures safety training and compliance across the team.
