Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills for reports, inventory control, cash control, and forms.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to have open availability and communicate in English.
• Food safety certifications may be required (e.g. ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and recruit/train staff.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to maintain store cleanliness and stock.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintain professional image and compliance with company standards.
• Train employees on safety procedures and cash handling.
