Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, training, and development for part-time and full-time staff.
• Oversee store operations, hours, Asset Protection, and visual standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train management and non-management associates.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom, and omnichannel operations.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions and protect assets.
