Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations in our California market. You will lead the team, drive sales, control expenses, and ensure an inviting, easy-to-shop environment for customers.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of managing retail associates, and the ability to schedule, train and develop staff while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
• Lead Store operations to meet company standards and drive sales.
• Oversee payroll administration and scheduling within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, safety standards and local regulations.
