The Store Leader, reporting to the Regional Leader, plays a critical role leading a team to deliver excellent customer experiences in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, customer service skills, teamwork, independence, and an interest in tech and gaming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, interpret and communicate company expectations, and address issues proactively.
  • Create memorable customer experiences and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Maintain brand consistency through positive customer interactions and local events.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the front desk and gaming areas.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance per company standards.
  • Ensure safety and security by adhering to procedures, training staff, and identifying risks.
  • Provide regular updates to the Regional Leader on store operations and suggest improvements.
  • Manage the maintenance process flow for the facility.
  • Oversee inventory processes managed by the Team Lead for maintenance, merchandise, and vending.
Team Leadership
  • Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage during peak times.
  • Lead hiring efforts and develop a talent pipeline.
  • Manage employee performance, including coaching and development.
  • Participate in planning meetings for training and initiatives.
  • Implement improvements to enhance customer experience and communicate updates to the team.
Working Environment
  • Lift and carry merchandise, supplies, and equipment as needed.
  • Bend, reach, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Remain active for long periods, including sitting, standing, walking, and communicating.
  • Use maintenance tools and ladders safely.
  • Work in environments with bright lights, loud music, and fog.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Work various shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools, Microsoft Office, and related software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
