Job Description

  • Experience Required: 5 to 7 years

  • Certification or Licensing Preferred: Food Safety
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 21 years of age

Job Responsibilities

  • Interview, select, and train Team Members
  • Direct the work of Team Members
  • Evaluate Team Members’ productivity and recommend promotions or changes
  • Handle Team Member issues and complaints
  • Discipline Team Members as needed
  • Plan and assign work tasks
  • Ensure safety and security of staff and store
  • Manage departmental or store budget and inventory
  • Monitor compliance measures
  • Maintain safety as the top priority for staff, customers, and products
  • Coach the team to achieve store success, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Uphold high operational standards
  • Support decision-making through coaching and collaborative planning
  • Implement merchandising plans to maximize sales and minimize shrink
  • Develop community relationships and promote the store’s vision
  • Identify market trends and manage inventory to optimize sales and control costs
  • Schedule staff effectively, managing labor and productivity
  • Assess staffing needs, participate in hiring, and support onboarding and development
  • Promote professional growth among team members and leaders
  • Provide ongoing training and recognition to foster performance and culture
  • Ensure store conditions meet all standards, compliance, and regulations
