Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry.
• Experience coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment.

• Strong communication, organization and planning abilities.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Develop a high-performing team with coaching, training, and role playing.
• Attain sales and services goals, profit margin and execution of store operations.
• Direct merchandising opportunities within the store and assist with tasks with the GM.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to change and responsibilities.
• Shared responsibility for total store operations and cost control as Floor Leader.
